Over a year ago, Dustin's mom was house hunting. She specifically told her realtor that she wanted to buy a home for her son to get married. Soon after the deal was done, Dustin took Leslie to Hawaii to visit his brother. It was there that he got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife. The next year was full of planning for this special day!
Dustin and Leslie knew of each other in high school, but didn't connect until several years later. Dustin served in the military and when he was preparing to come home and work as a civilian, he worked up the courage to reach out to Leslie via Facebook. The rest is history!
Leslie is perhaps the most laid back bride I have ever worked with. She knew what she wanted and she had everything planned ahead of time, so by the time her wedding rolled around, she was able to just enjoy her day. I loved all the handmade touches and small details that really personalized their space. Before the wedding, Dustin gave Leslie a necklace that was made from his mother's engagement ring. When they left, they hopped in Leslie's dad's classic red Plymouth GTX. We even spotted some deer that were rather annoyed with me for using their feeding ground as a location for Dustin and Leslie's heart melting First Look!
I had such a great time at this wedding and I can't help but smile when thinking about the love that these two have for one another. Dustin and Leslie, I wish you both the absolute best!
